Their band is playing the song " Chahe Tum Kuch Na Kaho, Maine Sun Liya. Their parents and friend are happy to see them together completing each other. Today is Arun and Riya's engagement and they all are united. Riya is unable to sing, so a college friend of them joined band as a singer. Arun lerned very well to play guitar in left hand. But they have kept their promise and continue as a band and play at events. Anamika and other band members have completed engineering and working in good companies. She has completed graduation in Math’s and now doing her Masters.
She also learnt sign languages to communicate. After voice therapy she can speak few words but they are not clear. After physiotherapy she can walk properly.
Riya's parents decided to drop her from engineering college. He has joined a good company in same city. She will be right hand for him and he will be voice for her.Īrun has cleared final semester with good marks. He said that this is God's plan for them. It is very difficult for Riya to accept the fact that she can't talk or sing. Nothing matters for her parents and Arun as she is back from coma. She also needs physiotherapy sessions to walk as she was in coma for last 4 months. She needs voice therapy and with the help of the therapy she can speak some words, though not clearly. She is unable to speak!!!ĭoctor confirmed that she has vocal cord paralysis due to rupture. She tried to call her mother, but unable to speak anything!!! She tried hard but all in vein. Sister helped her to sit on the bed in the evening. After 4 months Riya's parents are happy that they won't lost their lovely daughter. Riya's mother rushed to temple to thank God and offer prayer. After half an hour doctors came out and confirmed that she is gaining her senses. Doctors and their parents rushed to Riya’s room and doctor told everyone to go out from the room. Middle finger in Riya's right hand is shaken!!!Īrun shouted with joy. For heaven's sake, please say something." Please come back." He's sobbing on Riya hand. There are days I still tremble and cry and I miss you. He requests her to open her eyes, to talk with him, to listen him, he is little angry with her to play a trick with him.Īrun was holding Riya's hand and telling, "I need you to tell me that you love me. He feels he is responsible for all that happened. He cried a lot as he feels guilty for Riya's condition. So there’s hope, but the wait is slowly draining Arun of all his strength. He spends entire days Googling about people who have been in a coma and he knows people have woken up after years. He has spent days talking to Riya, telling her how much everyone misses her, hoping that somewhere deep inside she’s listening. He narrates how he is learning to play guitar in left hand. He describes his struggle to do things in left hand. He talks with Riya, sings for her, plays guitar for her, tell her his sorrows, narrates his pain for loosing right hand. He has improved a lot with physiotherapy. Arun visits daily for physiotherapy and after that he spends rest of the day with Riya. He plays the song which they performed in inter college technical festival.
He seeks permission from doctor to play guitar again. Today he wants to spend more time with Riya. Meanwhile he also refreshed his studies and appeared in final examination with the help of one writer. After physiotherapy session he spends some time with Riya. Arun visits hospital daily for physiotherapy. It is already more than 2 months of Arun and Riya's accident. Riya's parents and doctor agreed as they know only love and affection can heal Riya. His father agreed as they need to visit hospital for physiotherapy. Arun requested his parents as well Riya's parents that he wants to spend some time with Riya daily.
